Welcome to Twinkle n Grace.
We take great care in ensuring that your premium Christmas tree and holiday décor arrive safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
1.1 All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.
1.2 During peak holiday periods (such as November and December), processing times may extend by 1–2 business days due to higher order volumes.
1.3 You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
2.1 We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.
2.2 Twinkle n Grace offers free shipping to over 14,000 postcodes nationwide, covering most metro and regional areas.
2.3 A shipping surcharge applies to deliveries in the Northern Territory (NT), Western Australia (WA), and certain rural or remote areas. This surcharge is automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery postcode and order size.
2.4 Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers due to the size of our cartons.
3.1 We partner with trusted national couriers to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently.
3.2 Most orders are delivered within 3–10 business days from the date of dispatch for metro and regional areas.
3.3 Deliveries to rural and remote locations may take up to 12–15 business days from dispatch, depending on courier schedules and accessibility.
3.4 Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or increased seasonal demand.
3.5 At this time, we do not offer Express or Priority Delivery due to the size and handling requirements of our products.

4.1 Each Twinkle n Grace tree is carefully inspected, wrapped, and packed in our branded carton to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.
4.2 Inside each package, you’ll find:
- Three tree sections, each tied with a 25mm ribbon
- A heavy-duty metal stand
- Two pairs of cotton fluffing gloves
- An extra-large off-season storage bag with wheels
- A printed Owner’s Manual for setup and care instructions
4.3 All handling and packaging costs are included in the shipping amount shown at checkout.
5.1 Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to monitor your delivery progress.
5.2 If you haven’t received tracking details within 5 business days of your order, please contact twinklecare@twinklengrace.com.au for assistance.
6.1 A signature may be required upon delivery for larger items such as Christmas trees.
6.2 If no one is available to receive your parcel, a collection card may be left, or your order may be redirected to a nearby pickup point.
6.3 Please collect your parcel promptly to avoid return-to-sender fees.
6.4 Twinkle n Grace is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses.
7.1 If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will notify you by email.
7.2 Re-delivery will incur an additional shipping fee. Refunds for uncollected parcels will be processed minus the original shipping or shipping surcharge costs.
8.1 During the Christmas season, pre-orders may be available for select trees and décor.
8.2 Estimated dispatch dates will be clearly shown on each product page.
8.3 We recommend placing your order early to ensure delivery before Christmas.
